How to play ki-o-rahi
First you have to get into 2 equal teams. Team one is called taniwha team two is called kioma. When you get in to your teams 2 people from the kioma team has to guide the rock called tupu. Team 1 has to be behind the yellow cones which is called pahauwera. They had to stay behind the yellow cones and try to throw the ball at the rock, and team two has to try and block the ball from hitting it on to tupu. Team 2 kiomahas to run with the ball and tap it on the poe one time or two times or three times then get a try in the middle of the rock, and if team one throws the ball at tupu then they have to stop and wait until the last one runs to set them free but if team one gets the goal then team 2 is out.
